The children at our West Hampstead site baked 50 Finnish star pastries before school closed for half term. They learnt how to fold in the corners of a square piece of puff pastry to make the star shape. The centres were filled with dollops of jam before being sealed and baked.
Another completed 50 at 50 pledge!
