Overview
Understanding the Children’s House is part of our free Montessori Parent Talks for both current parents and those interested in learning more about our school.
This in-person talk, held at our Notting Hill Children’s House, will cover the main principles and techniques used in the Children’s House and what a day in the Children’s House typically looks like.
During this talk we’ll cover:
- Grace and courtesy
- Prepared environment
- Freedom within limits
- Mixed age groups
- Independence

Our Montessori Parent Talks are educational presentations and discussions with our teachers covering various topics related to Montessori education and child development.
There will also be time for Q&A and an opportunity to share your experiences with other families.
