Exploring ADHD in children – December 2018

The Maria Montessori Institute is pleased to host Emma Woodhouse – a Neurodevelopment Specialist with extensive experience in Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

This seminar will focus on helping participants to understand ADHD and how it is diagnosed. It will also address common misconceptions and look at the symptoms that may be observed in children.

Louise Livingston – our course director and an AMI Trainer with many years of experience working with children in Montessori environments – will reflect on aspects we need to consider when working with children with ADHD and how best to serve these children in a Montessori environment.
