The children at Hornsey Rise came dressed as characters from their favourite books to celebrate World Book Day and have pledged to read 50 books for the School’s 50th Anniversary 50 at 50 Challenge.
With the funds raised from their Christmas ’50 Festive Jars’ raffle, the Hornsey Rise Children’s House was able to get chicks for the site. 8 out of 10 have hatched and they’re hoping they will all hatch in time for Easter.
