We offer financial assistance to some of our students and we have now extended this further – making it possible for even more people to study with us. Below is a summary of our scholarships, bursaries and discounts.
Teacher Training – AMI Diplomas
AMI Diploma 3-6 – one year course – Ellie Kempley Scholarship – full course fees for those aged under 30 who have demonstrated an interest in Montessori education – NOW CLOSED FOR 2024.
AMI Diploma 0-3 or 3-6 – Early Bird discount – over 20% discount on course fees – 3-6 course early bird offer usually closes at the end April – NOW CLOSED FOR 2024.
Teaching Training – Degree Route
Degree Route – UK student loans – full course fee funding for those eligible for UK student loans
Degree Route – Mature Student Bursary – £1500 a year for 2 years for those aged over 25 who have demonstrated an interest in Montessori (two available)
Degree Route – Expenses Bursary – £200-1000 for travel costs, books, IT etc
Degree Route “taster course” – 50-100% of course fees for our AMI Orientation 3-6 or 0-3 – for those interested in taking our degree route who have a right to study in the UK and to receive student loans and has demonstrated an interest in Montessori
Short Courses
AMI Orientation 3-6 – Ellie Kempley Bursary – full course fees for those aged under 30 who have demonstrated an interest in Montessori education (one available every year)
AMI Orientation discount – 5% discount on course fees for anyone who has taken another AMI Orientation course within the last year
EsF AMI Orientation Bursary – full course fees for those working in an AMI approved project in Kenya or Tanzania (up to three places per Orientation course)
Montessori in the Home – free attendance on this outreach programme for those based in the UK who could not otherwise afford to attend this course
General Financial Assistance
10-100% discount on course fees for those in financial need who are strongly committed to Montessori. Priority is given to those already studying with us to enable them to continue to study
