Policy
Financial assistance is available towards school fees to families of current and prospective pupils that may be experiencing financial hardship.
All applications are considered by the Steering Committee of our Board of Trustees.
Financial assistance is based on the relative needs of families who have applied, and on the funds available. Assistance will be offered to children according to the following priorities:
- To continue to support families currently in receipt of assistance.
- To support families whose children are already in the school but who may not be able to remain due to changed financial circumstances.
- All other requests
All requests are confidential. Families must reapply for financial assistance in February of each year.

Please complete the form at the bottom of this page carefully.
After submitting the form, please email monika.pempyte@mariamontessori.org with Financial Assistance in the subject line together with the following supporting documents:
- A letter detailing your circumstances
- 3 Latest bank statements
- 3 Latest payslips
- Proof of any benefits received by you
- Mortgage statements or property lease
- Any other document you feel will support your application.
Please Note: Your application will only be considered if you complete and send all of the above.
