This workshop, presented by AMI Trainer, Louise Livingston will be delivered as a hands-on workshop helping you to acquire the practical skills needed for good Montessori practice. It is most suitable for those currently working with children.
Observation of the child is the foundation on which the entire Montessori approach rests. It is only through observation that we can elucidate the child’s inner drives and ‘provide motives for activity so well adapted to the child’s interest that they provoke his deep attention’.
Observation is both an art and a science that every Montessori teacher must acquire in order to help children to fulfil the promise gifted to them by nature.
This workshop is suitable for all AMI Diploma holders and non-diploma holders working in a Montessori setting.
