The Hornsey Rise Children’s House celebrated Valentine’s Day with a bake sale and a heart themed 50 at 50 challenge!
The site’s reception area was decorated with 50 ‘heart strings’ made out of cut-out paper hearts, which the children took home along with armfuls of other goodies, and the delicious cakes, cupcakes, and brownies were sold out in no time. All the money raised from the bake sale will go towards their summer fair.
A big thank you to the parent representatives and all the parents who joined in to make this event a success. As one of the parents said, “There is a lot of love in the school and community!”.
