Today is the first day of the Maria Montessori School’s new academic year and we are thrilled to welcome back our children and parents.
We would also like to take this opportunity to extend a very warm welcome to children and families new to the Maria Montessori School – we are so happy you have joined our wonderful community.
Our new younger children will have a phased start over the coming weeks. This is to ensure that our teachers have enough dedicated time with each child to introduce them to materials and the rest of the class to ensure a smooth transition.
Here are a few photos of our beautiful environments all set up and ready for the children. The second image shows the phonetic spelling for ‘welcome’ as well as nĭ hăo which means ‘hello’ in Mandarin. It was taken at our Notting Hill site which is now an English-Mandarin bilingual school.
