“Others, as a result of careful study, have come to the conclusion that the first two years are the most important in the whole span of human life.”

Maria Montessori observed that the period from birth to three years is when the core of personality, social skills, and human values are developed. At this stage Montessori meets the needs of the infant and fosters a sense of independence and belonging, as well as supporting movement and language acquisition, enabling children to feel capable.
